The simplest way to prepare for TOEFL speaking task 1 and 2 is to follow the principle below:

General to specific to general

Let's look at the example below:

Prompt: Should teenagers work during high school? Why? Give illustrations and reasons to develop your argument.

From my point of view, I think students at secondary school should work part-time while going to school.

For example, when I was a high school student, I had a job at a cafe in Brussels, Belgium. I used to work there every weekend, and sometimes extra work at nights during weekdays if the cafe was busy. I should say I loved it because doing physical activities like laying tables, tidying up cafe or washing up dishes made me feel relaxed. When going back to school, I could more focus on my study. Not only that but I made money for myself. This helped me to earn pocket money because I didn't always have to ask my parents for money as long as I wished to buy some gadgets.

In conclusion, I do believe high school students can benefit from part-time job. Why not to give them an opportunity to work part-time.

Obviously, we barely use any hard word to flow the speech. You'd better try if you may finish it within 45 seconds.
