'Unlike' question is quite popular in sentence correction of GMAT. The key point is to locate the parallel subjects in two separate subordinated clauses.
The case above shows automobile loan in the first half of the sentence, the second half of the sentence must make use of 'loan' as a subject. The only answer is the last option.
